Gourmet Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 c American cheese
- 14 c margarine or butter
- 1 12 c sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 13 c finely chopped onion
- 34 tsp pepper
- paprika
Directions
- Cook potatoes in skins
- Peel and shred
- In saucepan combine butter and cheese
- Stir until melted
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except paprika
- Fold into potatoes
- Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with paprika
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
