Gourmet Crab Ring

Ingredients
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 14 c cold water
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp cooking sherry
- 34 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 oz pimentos chopped
- 1 6 oz pkg king crab thawed and drained
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 14 c snipped parsley
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften using a double boiler stir over hot water until dissolved
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Stir in sherry salt pimentos crab pepper 2 tablespoons parsley and the dissolved gelatin
- Pour into a 3-cup ring mold
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set
- To serve turn out on plate
- Garnish with the remaining parsley
- Place parsley sprigs in center
