Gr Aunt Frances Celery Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 large tomatoes
- 2 large bunches celery
- 10 to 12 onions
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 c mild vinegar
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Peel tomatoes and squeeze seeds out of them
- Mix all ingredients together and boil
- Seal while hot
