Grace HaleyS War Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 c water
• 2 Tbsp shortening
• 1 pkg raisins
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 12 c flour
• 1 rounded tsp baking soda
