Graham Cracker Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 12 lb graham cracker crushed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar
- Add eggs
- Pour milk over crackers
- When soft add to mixture
- Add remaining ingredients Bake in 2 layers at 375 for 25 minutes
- Put together with whipped cream or topping
