Graham Cracker Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 12 c Crisco
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 bag graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c nuts
Directions
- Cream Crisco and sugar add egg yolks alternate milk and cracker crumbs
- Add vanilla and nuts
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes
