Graham Cracker Goodies

Ingredients
- 15 about whole graham crackers
- 1 c 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped toasted pecans
- 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly butter a cookie sheet with sides
- I use a jelly roll pan
- Arrange graham crackers side by side with edges touching on pan
- Stir butter and brown sugar over medium heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves
- Mix in vanilla and boil 1 minute
- Pour this mixture over crackers and sprinkle with pecans
- Bake until topping bubbles and turns deep brown about 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top
- Cool 5 minutes and cut along graham cracker edge to separate
- Transfer to rack and cool
