Graham Cracker Nut Torte

Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 heaping Tbsp sugar
- 6 heaping Tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 heaping Tbsp ground walnuts
Directions
- Beat egg yolks until lemon colored
- Add sugar gradually and beat well about 10 minutes
- Add vanilla
- Add crumbs and baking powder
- Blend in nuts
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
- Bake in 2 9-inch round cake pans greased and floured for 25 to 30 minutes at 375
