GramS Nutmeg SauceTo Serve Over Fig Or Plum Pudding

Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Mix sugar cornstarch and salt in saucepan
- Add boiling water gradually
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes until thick
- Remove from burner and add butter and nutmeg
- Serve over fig or plum pudding
