GrandbuddyS Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground chuck
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 c milk
• 1 c coarse soft bread crumbs
• 1 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp black pepper
• 1 small chopped onion
• 18 tsp paprika
• 18 tsp celery salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack firmly into a meat loaf pan or bread loaf pan
2. Bake in a moderate oven 350 for about 1 hour or until done
3. Serve hot with a tomato sauce Serves 8
