Grandma HanrahanS Vanilla Icing

Ingredients

• 1 14 c powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• food coloring optional

Directions

1. In a small bowl combine powdered sugar milk vanilla and a few drops of food coloring if desired stirring until smooth The icing should be fluid but thick enough to form a line when drizzled from the tip of a spoon
2. If necessary add a few drops of milk to thin or a little more sugar to thicken
3. Makes about 12 cup
