Grandma HoneyS Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 lb butter softened
• 2 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
• confectioners sugar for dusting
• 2 Tbsp water
• 4 large Tbsp sugar
• 2 c flour

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Roll into balls the size of quarters Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned
4. Cool
5. Roll in confectioners sugar Yields 36 cookies
