Grandma JacksonS Sorghum Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c sorghum
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
- 14 c buttermilk
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 to 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except flour
- Add flour gradually enough to make a stiff batter
- Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 350 until done
- Top will fall
