Grandma LeeS Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 3 lb ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped fine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c Romano cheese
  • salt pepper and parsley to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for meat balls together and cover
  2. Put in refrigerator for 12 hour
  3. While meat is in refrigerator make Grandma Lees Spaghetti Sauce
  4. After sauce has simmered for 12 hour make meat balls from meat mixture and put into puree Continue cooking puree and meat balls for 1 12 hours stirring occasionally
