Grandma VanS No-Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 14 c shortening
- 5 Tbsp water
Directions
- Put dry ingredients into bowl
- Cut in shortening
- Mix beaten egg vinegar and water together
- Add liquid all at once and mix with fork just enough to moisten all flour
- Roll out
- May be kept in refrigerator up to 2 weeks
- Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes
