Grandmama AlsieS Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 12 c self-rising flour
- 23 c Crisco
- 34 c milk
- 1 c grated sharp cheese
Directions
- Sift flour in bowl
- With spoon mix in Crisco and milk
- Just before kneading add cheese and mix until thoroughly kneaded using extra flour as needed
- Roll out to about 12 inch and cut out or make small biscuits by hand
- Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 500 for 10 minutes
