GrandmaS Apple Butter-Jelly

Ingredients
- 1 12 bushels apples
- 70 lb sugar
- 20 boxes Sure-Jell
- 2 boxes allspice
Directions
- Cut apples in quarters and cook until soft
- Squeeze through colander Put 5 cups of apples into pot
- Bring to a boil Add 7 cups of sugar and three shakes of allspice
- Bring to a boil again
- Add 1 box of Sure-Jell
- Bring to a boil again for one minute
- Pour into jars and seal
- Makes approximately 80 pints
