GrandmaS Best Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 18 tsp salt
• 12 c margarine softened
• 12 c chunky peanut butter
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• granulated sugar
• chocolate candy stars

Directions

1. In small bowl combine dry ingredients
2. In large bowl cream margarine and peanut butter blend in both sugars add egg and vanilla
3. Gradually beat in flour mixture
4. Shape into 1-inch balls
5. Roll in granulated sugar
6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
7. Remove from oven quickly press candy star into top of each cookie
8. Remove to wire rack to cool completely
