GrandmaS Chocolate Icing
Ingredients
- 1 12 sticks margarine
- 4 c sugar
- 12 c cocoa or less to color sugar
- 1 big cooking spoon Karo syrup
- 12 c milk
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Melt
- the
- margarine
- in a medium size boiler
- Mix the sugar cocoa
- Karo
- syrup
- milk and vinegar together
- Pour this mixture into the melted margarine bring to rolling boil for 1 minute stirring constantly
- Place boiler in cold water in
- sink stirring until icing loses its shine
- Add vanilla Stir
- Spread while warm on cold cake
