GrandmaS Italiano Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 92 lb salt pork
- 1 12 yellow onions
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 pkg pork bones
- 4 28 oz cans Progresso peeled tomatoes
- 4 6 oz cans Progresso pure tomato paste
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 34 jar Spice Island sweet basil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
Directions
- Cut cube sizes of approximately 92 pounds of salt pork
- Fry in large saucepan eventually adding 1 12 chopped onions and 4 chopped garlic cloves
- Brown all
- Add pork bones and brown
- Add tomatoes mush tomatoes before adding
- Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil approximately 20 minutes
- Add finely chopped parsley leafy part only
- Add tomato paste and 72 ounces of water
- Add basil 49 ounce jar
- Add palm full of salt and pepper or to taste
- Simmer
