Grandma'S Moist Chocolate Cake And Frosting

Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. hot strong coffee
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Add coffee.
- Blend completely.
- Batter will be thin.
- Bake at 325° in two 9-inch greased and floured pans for 25 to 30 minutes.
