GrandmaS Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 34 c butter
  • 23 c evaporated milk
  • 12 c peanut butter
  • 12 oz pkg peanut butter chips
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Bring sugar butter and milk to boil in a heavy saucepan Bring to full rolling boil over moderate heat stirring constantly
  2. Boil 5 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and chips
  4. Stir until bits melt and mixture is smooth Add marshmallow cream and vanilla
  5. Beat until smooth and blended Pour into 9 x 13-inch buttered pan
  6. Let set until firm then cut in squares
