Ingredients

  • 1 c warm water 105 to 115
  • 2 pkg dry yeast
  • 13 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 2 34 to 3 14 c all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water
  2. Stir in sugar salt oleo eggs and flour to make stiff dough
  3. Grease top cover and let rise until double in bulk
  4. Punch down
  5. Form into balls and cover Let rise until double in size again about 45 minutes
  6. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until done
