GrandmaS Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 c warm water 105 to 115
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 13 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 34 to 3 14 c all-purpose flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water
- Stir in sugar salt oleo eggs and flour to make stiff dough
- Grease top cover and let rise until double in bulk
- Punch down
- Form into balls and cover Let rise until double in size again about 45 minutes
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until done
