GrandmaS Swedish Blueberry Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 box blueberries
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c water
- 2 slices buttered bread three if thin
- whipped cream optional
Directions
- Boil sugar and water until it thickens as syrup
- Add blueberries and boil 3 to 4 minutes
- Butter a casserole dish Place a slice of bread a layer of berries alternating and ending with berries on top
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
- Serve with whipped cream
