Ingredients

  • round steak
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • oil
  • celery
  • salt

Directions

  1. Get the round steak cut a little thicker than the regular round steak
  2. Cut meat into pieces
  3. Pour some flour on it and pound flour into meat
  4. Have oil hot in pan brown meat
  5. Add green pepper celery and tomato juice to meat
  6. Salt to taste Let simmer until well done
  7. Add a little water if meat isnt done and the tomato juice is used up
