GrandmaS Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- round steak
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can tomato juice
- oil
- celery
- salt
Directions
- Get the round steak cut a little thicker than the regular round steak
- Cut meat into pieces
- Pour some flour on it and pound flour into meat
- Have oil hot in pan brown meat
- Add green pepper celery and tomato juice to meat
- Salt to taste Let simmer until well done
- Add a little water if meat isnt done and the tomato juice is used up
