Grandmother EstherS Matzoh Balls

Ingredients
- 1 c matzoh meal
- 12 c water
- 4 eggs beaten
- 13 c oil
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of nutmeg
Directions
- Add water oil salt and pepper to beaten eggs
- Mix well Add meal and stir thoroughly
- Refrigerate one hour
- Form into balls and drop into soup or 1 12 quarts of boiling water to which salt has been added
- Cook 20 minutes with lid on
