Grandmother FowlerS Rolls

Ingredients

• 34 c warm water
• 1 pkg yeast
• 14 c shortening
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 14 c flour

Directions

1. Place warm water in a mixing bowl Stir in yeast until dissolved Add shortening salt sugar egg and 12 of flour Mix well with electric mixer Mix in remainder of flour well with a spoon or dough hooks
2. Turn out into a well greased large mixing bowl Grease top of dough I spray it with Pam Cover and let rise in a warm place until double
