GrandmotherS Large Raisin Cake

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 2 12 c sugar
- 9 eggs
- 3 large c flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 pkg raisins
- 1 c flour on raisins
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar until lemon colored
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla
- Sift together flour salt and baking powder
- Add to egg butter mixture
- To the raisins add the cup flour and be sure each one is coated
- Put in large cake pan and cook about 3 hours between 250 and 275
