GrandmotherS Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
- 2 pkg yeast
- 12 c warm water
- 1 14 c boiling water
- 1 c oatmeal
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c molasses
- 13 c shortening
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 6 to 6 14 c flour
Directions
- Soften yeast combine next 5 ingredients
- Cool
- Stir in 2 cups flour beat
- Add eggs and yeast flour to make soft
- Rest for 10 minutes knead
- Let rise until double in bulk
- Divide in 12 or make into rolls
- Bake at 370 for 35 minutes
- I let it rise twice before I put it into pans kneading it again
