Grandpa WitzelS Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 medium potato
• 1 egg
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Peel and grate potato then stir in egg and salt
2. Fry in a large skillet as one large pancake in a small amount of oil over medium heat turning once
3. The pancake should be rather dark or it wont be cooked through
