GrannieS Coconut Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 18 tsp salt
- 13 c soft butter
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 12 c pecans
- 1 c packed light brown sugar
- 1 can coconut
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon rind
Directions
- Combine flour salt sugar and butter
- Mix well
- Spread into 8-inch pan bake until lightly brown
- Combine eggs pecans brown sugar coconut lemon juice and lemon rind
- Spread over baked pastry
- Bake until golden brown
- Cool cut into bars
- Preheat oven to 350
