Granny EudellS Chewy Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp water
• 2 eggs
• 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Mix and pour in a 13 x 9-inch pan
2. Bake in a 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes
3. Cut while still warm
