GrannyS Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 c skim milk
- 2 Tbsp lite margarine
- 13 c sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 4 c coarse bread crumbs
- 12 c raisins
Directions
- Add the margarine sugar salt and raisins to the milk
- Mix flour with a small amount of the milk
- Add to the milk mixture Heat almost to a boil
- Pour over the bread crumbs and let stand about 5 minutes
- Add the nutmeg
- Mix well Pour into a lightly greased 1 12-quart casserole
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes
