12 c each peanuts or mixed nuts walnuts pecans almonds raisins mixed dried fruit or anything else you like
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Sift together flour baking powder and salt
Set aside
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs to creamed mixture
Combine milk vanilla and oil in a measuring cup Alternate flour mixture and milk mixture until batter is blended Process the fruitnut mixture until small pieces
Fold into batter
Bake in two 9-inch cake pans 35 to 40 minutes or Bundt pan 50 minutes
