GranS Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lemon
• 3 eggs
• 34 stick butter melted
• 1 c sugar
• 1 pie crust

Directions

1. Melt butter and set aside
2. Grate lemon rind lightly on tiny side of grater
3. Squeeze juice from lemon
4. Beat eggs until light Combine all ingredients
5. Bake at 350 until lightly browned and doesnt shake
