Grape-Nut Pudding
Ingredients
- 34 c Grape-Nuts cereal
- 12 c melted butter
- 12 c sugar
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 2 c milk
- 14 c raisins optional
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 18 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon
Directions
- Mix cereal with butter Blend into eggs
- Add cereal and remaining ingredients and blend
- Pour into 1-quart pan
- Put this pan in another filled with an inch of water
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
- Stir thoroughly
- Bake 30 minutes longer
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
