Grapefruit Pie

Ingredients
- 2 grapefruits pink or ruby red
- water
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1 c sugar
- red food coloring
- 1 pie shell baked
Directions
- Cut grapefruits in half
- Put sections with membrane removed into a drainer set over a measuring cup
- Add water to make 1 12 cups of liquid
- Add all ingredients except pie shell together and cook until thickened
- Cool
- Add grapefruit sections
- Pour into baked pie shell
- Chill
- Serve with whipped topping
