Grapefruit Salad With Champagne DressingServes 6

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp champagne
• 1 Tbsp raspberry flavored vinegar
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 4 c tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
• 3 c fresh grapefruit sections about 3 medium grapefruit
• 2 c fresh halved strawberries
• 12 c vertically sliced purple onion

Directions

1. Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl
2. Stir with a wire whisk until blended
3. Cover and chill
