Grasshopper Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 box Ritz crackers crushed
• 34 c melted butter
• 2 small pkg pistachio instant pudding
• 1 c milk
• 3 pt softened vanilla yogurt or ice cream
• 14 c chopped nuts
• 1 small Cool Whip

Directions

1. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together for crust
2. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish
3. Mix all other ingredients except Cool Whip and nuts
4. Pour over cracker crumbs
5. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts
6. Freeze for at least 3 hours
