Grasshopper Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers crushed
- 34 c melted butter
- 2 small pkg pistachio instant pudding
- 1 c milk
- 3 pt softened vanilla yogurt or ice cream
- 14 c chopped nuts
- 1 small Cool Whip
Directions
- Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together for crust
- Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish
- Mix all other ingredients except Cool Whip and nuts
- Pour over cracker crumbs
- Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts
- Freeze for at least 3 hours
