Grasshopper Pie
Ingredients
- 2 chocolate pie crusts
- 14 c milk
- 34 lb miniature marshmallows
- 14 c green creme de menthe
- 2 Tbsp white creme de cacao
- 4 c whipping cream whipped
Directions
- Combine milk and marshmallows in top of double boiler
- Heat and stir over hot not boiling water until marshmallows are melted
- Remove from heat
- Cool stirring every 5 minutes
