Grated Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 5 ears corn almost hard
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp bacon drippings
- 1 12 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 c milk
Directions
- Cut corn from cob and scrape cob or grate corn
- Mix flour salt and baking powder
- Add grated corn and bacon drippings
- Add enough milk to make a good batter
- Mix well and pour into a greased iron skillet hot
- Bake at 425 until golden brown Good with cow butter
