Grated Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 c maple syrup or sugar
- 3 c grated raw sweet potatoes
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
- 12 c milk
- 34 c buttermilk
- 18 tsp soda
- 2 eggs
- 12 c pecans
Directions
- Mix syrup and milk in a large bowl add potatoes
- Beat eggs and butter
- Combine 2 mixtures
- Add other ingredients and mix Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 or until done
- Serves 12
