Grated Sweet Potato Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 c grated potatoes
- 1 c syrup
- 12 c sugar
- 1 c sweet milk
- 3 eggs
- 12 c oleo
- 12 tsp salt
- grated rind of orange
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients adding the well beaten eggs last Pour into heavy skillet in which the butter has been melted
- Bake in 400 oven 45 minutes
- Serve directly from oven with roast pork ham or chicken
