Gratin Of Potatoes With Boursin
Ingredients
- 2 c whipping cream
- 1 5 oz bag Boursin cheese with herbs
- 4 lb baking potatoes peeled and cut 18-inch thick
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine cream and Boursin in a large heavy saucepan
- Cook stirring constantly until mixture is smooth
- Remove from heat Arrange potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish overlapping edges Season with salt and pepper
- Pour cheese mixture over potatoes covering them completely
- Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender
