Gravy-Baked Pork Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks 12 inch thick
- 10 12 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 23 c cream
- 13 c water
- salt and pepper
- 14 c shortening
Directions
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper
- Brown in shortening in large iron skillet drain
- Mix remaining ingredients
- Pour around chops
- Bake in 350 oven 45 minutes or until tender
- Stir gravy
- Makes 4 servings
