Gravy For Chicken Or Liver

Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp chicken grease or 1 stick butter
- 12 c chopped onions
- 1 stalk finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp flour heaping
- black pepper and sage to taste
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 c broth or milk
- cooked chicken or liver
Directions
- Heat fat from chicken or butter
- Add onions and celery and cook just a little
- Add flour pepper and sage
- Cut up boiled egg and add
- Add meat of chicken or you can use liver
- Cook until thickens
