Great Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Pare potatoes
- Boil until tender drain
- Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until well blended
- Add hot potatoes gradually beating until light and fluffy
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Put in 2-quart casserole
- Dot with butter Bake at 325 for 25 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
