Grecian Shrimp

Ingredients
- 12 c olive oil
- 1 lemon juice only
- 1 tsp oregano
- 14 c butter
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1 lb raw shrimp peeled butterflied
Directions
- Saute onion lemon juice oregano butter in oil
- Add shrimp and cook until pink
- Before serving add feta cheese in large chunks into hot mixture
- Serve hot over pasta or rice or serve cold on romaine lettuce
