Greek Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb potatoes cut in cubes
- 1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 12 c olive oil
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Place all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly
- Place in shallow baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours stirring several times during baking
- Cover with foil if it browns too fast
