Greek Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb potatoes cut in cubes
  • 1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
  • 12 c olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly
  2. Place in shallow baking dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours stirring several times during baking
  4. Cover with foil if it browns too fast
