Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 10 lb red potatoes
- 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 large chopped onion
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 c sour cream
- 3 to 4 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 large heads lettuce
- 2 green peppers cut in rings
- 1 lb boiled shrimp cleaned
- 4 tomatoes cut in wedges
- 2 cucumbers quartered and sliced
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 large can black olives
- 1 jar green olives
- 1 jar Greek peppers
- 1 can beets
- 2 lb Feta cheese sliced
- 1 to 2 cans flat anchovies
Directions
- Peel and cube potatoes
- Add garlic and cook until done but still firm
- Drain
- Add chopped onion
- Cool to warm
- Add mayonnaise sour cream vinegar salt and pepper to taste and mix well
